🔁 Rescheduling Notice
You may reschedule free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $25 reschedule fee, as we’ve already reserved time and assigned staff for your cleaning.
⏱ Same-Day Reschedules
Same-day reschedules are not guaranteed and will depend on team availability.
If no alternative time is available, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.
Access Requirements:
Keypad codes, lockboxes, or key access must be provided before the scheduled clean
Failure to access property may result in a lockout fee
Damages & Claims:
Any damages caused by our team will be promptly reported and resolved
We are fully insured and bonded
Guest Messes:
Excessive mess (trash, bodily fluids, pests, etc.) may incur a deep cleaning fee
We will notify you immediately and provide documentation
Recurring Hosts:
