Our Policies

Cancellations:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service

  • Less than 24 hours: 50% charge

No-Show Policy:

  • If our team arrives and cannot enter or no cleaning is needed, the full service fee is charged

🔁 Rescheduling Notice 

  • You may reschedule free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. 

  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $25 reschedule fee, as we’ve already reserved time and assigned staff for your cleaning.

⏱ Same-Day Reschedules 

  • Same-day reschedules are not guaranteed and will depend on team availability.

  • If no alternative time is available, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.

Access Requirements: 

  • Keypad codes, lockboxes, or key access must be provided before the scheduled clean 

  • Failure to access property may result in a lockout fee

Damages & Claims:

  • Any damages caused by our team will be promptly reported and resolved 

  • We are fully insured and bonded

Guest Messes: 

  • Excessive mess (trash, bodily fluids, pests, etc.) may incur a deep cleaning fee

  • We will notify you immediately and provide documentation

Recurring Hosts:

  • Ask us about discounted rates for recurring cleans (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
